About Brian

Brian Goldfeder is a New York City area-based speaker, comedian, coach, consultant, blogger, and web/podcast host.

As "The Business Culture Catalyst Speaker", Brian speaks on topics related to building a healthy work environment, including, but not limited to, dealing with workplace stress, mental health stigma, job attitudes and motivation, fostering team cohesion and conflict resolution, workplace bullying, and developing leadership and communication skills. An engaging speaker, Brian uses his stand-up comedy experience to inject humor and storytelling into his talks.

Brian is the founder and principal coach at Gold Eagle Coaching & Consulting, a New York City area-based coaching firm whose mission is to help working professionals find greater appreciation for their careers and their lives, and to help companies build and foster a healthy and positive work culture. He is also the founder of The Healthy Work Environment Network, a support network for individuals facing toxic work cultures, workplace stress, and mental health issues associated with work.

Brian is a first year doctoral student in applied organizational psychology (focusing on occupational health psychology, organizational climate/culture, and training & development) at Hofstra University, from which he also holds a Master of Business Administration in management. He holds a graduate certificate in human resource development from SUNY Buffalo State College and an undergraduate degree in communications from American University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is currently working toward certification as a Certified Professional Coach® (CPC) from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and is a certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner® (ELI-MP).
